General Consultation — ₹876 — Non-Refundable

General Consultation Fee of ₹876 is non-refundable after successful payment, except in cases requiring a refund under applicable law or verified payment errors. No cancellation or refund is offered for ordinary customer-initiated cancellations after successful payment. Duplicate payments, payment errors, failure to deliver the purchased service and legally required refunds are handled separately after verification. Statutory rights are preserved.

Exclusive Services

Requests for cancellation of Exclusive Services should reach contact@rightbrainconsultancy.in at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable law.
